GUARANTEE: If you are not satisfied with any
item, regardless of the reason (no questions asked), return it
UNALTERED and exactly the way you received it, within 10 business
days, for a courteous refund, less shipping and insurance and a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived if you make another purchase instead of opting for the refund.

Refunds for payments made by credit card typically take 5-7 business days to complete after we have received the item. Refunds for items paid for by personal check may take a little longer (the check must first clear the bank).
